Trad Sessions with Barra – Sunday 12 noon – 1pm
Barra O’Caoimh celebrates Irish language and music in his weekly show. Every Sunday from noon to 1pm, Barra shares his favourite songs, keeping traditions alive. The Irish language is unique and here at Cork City Community Radio, we celebrate this uniqueness with Barra’s show. Tune in to 100.5fm
“Young at Heart” with Phil Goodman – Friday 12pm – 1pm
Young at Heart showcases the rich community that encompasses groups, initiatives, communities and much more. Highlighting issues as much as celebrating everything for the gentle generation. Tune in every Friday at 12pm and listen to Phil and her guests.
Irish Country & Folk with Maurice – Saturday 9am – 10:30am
Maurice entertains Cork each Saturday from 9am with his selection of Irish Country & Folk music. Tap your feet to the sound of great music and sing along!
The Food Show with Elke – Sunday 10am – 12noon
The show for food lovers – tune in and listen to Elke and her guests. A food panel discusses different aspects of food and Elke interviews also interesting people from the industry. The show for all food lovers.
The Business Show with Judy Hopkins – Friday 1pm – 2pm
Sponsored by Hopkins Communications, Judy is hosting the Business Show on Cork City Community Radio 100.5fm. Join her every Friday from 1pm-2pm for an hour of business talk with some of Cork’s best-known entrepreneurs.
Mairéad Meade presents “Music in the House” every Friday from 5pm to 6pm. This programme will feature house music, dance, electronic, pop and rock. It’s a drivetime programme so it will have traffic updates for Cork City and Mairéad will also give the weekly community news.

Norman Pratt “Let’s Talk Sport” 11am – 1pm, Saturdays
Norman has combined his passion for sport with his love for radio and has put his own unique stamp on this very popular 2 hour sports chat show. Described as easy-listening, informative and very entertaining, this extremely popular show continues to attract some of Cork’s best loved and renowned Sports Personalities who are interviewed live in studio every Saturday morning.
